If you want to cancel your Beauties! Please do within 24hours of placing the order.

If you cancel your order before the product is shipped we will refund the entire amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

You can exchange your products within 4 days from the time you received provided the product is in good condition as it was received, neatly packed in its original cover.

We do not have pick up facility so the pickup will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.

RETURN POLICY

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged.

Once the product has reached us, we will check and initiate refund. It will take 7-10 working days after receiving the product.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE : At Hijabessence, we take pride in creating abayas tailored to your specific preferences, including size, color, and style. Due to the personalized nature of these custom orders, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges are not available for customized abayas.
